The pond is finished! Brush clearing started Jan. 22. Finished Feb. 24.





Surface casing set at the home place today to a depth of 2510 feet. This man was working about 50 feet up in the rig suspended only by his safety harness. He would brace his feet on the cross bar and swing out to help align the casing and then attach the hoist for lowering into the well.







Here he can be seen near the top of the picture.









Schlumberger Services had their pumper set up to concrete the well as soon as the casing was in place. They had three of the blue trucks loaded with cement.



Drilling continues at the north place.
